Scruffles

Scruffles is a handsome and friendly 3-year-old, 54 lb Rottweiler / German Shepherd mix. He started his journey as a stray puppy in Von Ormy, Texas, where locals were kind to him before a foster stepped in to care for him. He then made the move to Rhode Island and has settled in wonderfully! His foster mom describes him as a total sweetheart, well-behaved, and housebroken, who is truly deserving of a loving family. Scruffles adores kids of all ages. He is vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped, and is eagerly waiting to meet his forever family!

Scruffles is an extremely friendly boy who is always wagging his tail and sporting a happy smile. He's amazing with people and fantastic with children. He has a wonderful personality and a joyful demeanor, with a medium energy level that's just right for playtime, family activities, and social gatherings. Scruffles is always up for a fun adventure! He is sweet and affectionate, but he's not the "kissy" type, so you won't be covered in slobber. Above all, he loves his people, listens well, and is eager to please.
