Coco

Coco is a delightful 46 lb brown-eyed beauty who was found with her brother, Bruno, on the back roads of south Texas. They were estimated to be born around October 2025 and have been in foster care since they were just 3 months old. Coco is a water-loving girl who enjoys sunbathing and playing in any small body of water she can find. She’s also a big fan of playing with other dogs, especially her brother Bruno.

Coco might seem independent, but she’s a true velcro dog who adores her human foster. She’s also crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night. She enjoys car rides and walks very well on a leash, and so far, nothing seems to scare her!

Ideal Home

A playful home where she would receive lots of toys, treats, and definitely plenty of belly rubs. Coco is good with older kids and loves all dogs, big and small. While she hasn't met cats, she can be tested if an applicant is interested.

Ongoing Health

Coco is fixed, heartworm negative, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm prevention, microchipped, and de-wormed. She will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.

Training & Support

Coco is crate trained and walks well on a leash.

Transportation

Coco is currently located in south Texas. Transport to the Northeast is available every 2-3 weeks to various locations, including Albany, NY; Wells, VT and Brattleboro, VT; Nashua, NH; Willington, CT, Stamford, CT, and Dayville, CT; Steubenville, OH, Cincinnati, OH, and Grove City, OH; Ridgefield, NJ and Mt Laurel, NJ; Emmitsburg, MD and Elkton, MD; and Falls Church, VA and Glenn Allen, VA.
