PRINCESS (Bleeding Heart Society)

Princess is a truly special girl who shines her light regardless of her circumstances. She's about 4 years old and weighs around 55-60 lbs. It's believed she was likely used for backyard breeding or discarded as a street dog, but even with her past, she is a lovey-dovey companion who will warm both your heart and soul. She was found wandering the grounds of an elementary school, and while animal control was called due to concerns about a loose pitbull, Princess showed no fear or anxiety. Her life has been less than desirable, yet she continues to radiate sunshine.

Ideal Home

Princess would love to be in a home where she is made to feel special and cherished. Her ideal human is someone willing to gently guide her as she transitions into a forever home and is prepared to work with her.

Princess has no known health concerns.

Training & Support

Princess is crate-trained and keeps her kennel clean. If she isn't fully house-trained, she would learn quickly with consistent structure. She knows commands like SIT, STAY, and DOWN, and is smart and aware, able to read her person's energy. She has no storm or separation anxiety and no behavioral issues. She walks well on a leash and is well-mannered in the car. While she enjoys food and treats, she's not excessively food-driven. Her prey drive is suspected to be normal and average. The one area she could improve upon is her "poop" etiquette, as she is a lady in every other way!
