Rocko

Meet Rocko, a handsome 1 year and 5 month old Lab/Husky mix who's ready to bring boundless energy and fun into your life! This medium-sized fellow, weighing in at 48 lbs, is bursting with curiosity and a playful spirit. Rocko is a social butterfly who loves being around people and enjoys active playtime and walks. He's a smart cookie who learns quickly and is already house-trained, microchipped, and up-to-date on his core vaccinations.

Ideal Home

Rocko would thrive in an active home that can provide plenty of exercise, structure, and mental enrichment. He'd do best with someone experienced with energetic dogs and committed to ongoing training. Because of his excitement level, any children in the home should be comfortable around large, active dogs. He would be best in a home without shared walls as he can be vocal at times, and he would prefer a home with no cats. Rocko could live with a well-matched canine companion; if you have a dog, we will arrange for a meet and greet.

Rocko is neutered, microchipped, and has his core vaccinations.

Training & Support

Rocko is generally good on leash, though he can pull when excited. He can become jumpy when overstimulated and has shown some prey drive to squirrels on a walk. Leash manners training and helping him to focus would be ideal.
