Meet Joe, a handsome 1-year-old Anatolian Shepherd Dog ready to find his forever flock! Joe is a happy and outgoing young man who has a natural instinct for farm life, even though he was raised as a city dog. He's proven to be a great companion to miniature horses and is eager to learn the ropes of livestock guarding.

Ideal Home

Joe is looking for a home where he can continue to thrive as a livestock guardian. He gets along well with other dogs, including males, and is good with fences and hotwire training. While he's not a fan of car rides, he's happiest when he's at home protecting his animals.

Ongoing Health

Joe is a happy, healthy boy. He will be neutered before going to his new home.

Training & Support

Joe is still young and is working on some puppy habits. He tends to pull on the leash and used to jump on people out of excitement, but with consistent training, these behaviors can be easily remedied. He has no prior experience with poultry, goats, or sheep, making him a blank slate ready to learn these skills.
