Gizmo will have received his initial vaccinations, and is up-to-date on his treatments. Puppies under 6 months of age are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy's first birthday or by your veterinarian's recommendation, at the adopter's expense.

Gizmo is currently located in Texas. Transport is available on July 17th and 18th to the following locations:
- Missouri: Herculaneum (south of St Louis) - Friday evening
- Illinois: Collinsville (north of St. Louis) - Friday evening, Springfield - Friday evening, Bloomington / Normal - Friday evening, Oglesby - Saturday morning
- Wisconsin: Sun Prairie - late Saturday morning, Fond Du Lac - early afternoon
Adopters in the Davenport Area will meet in Oglesby or Roscoe.
Adopters in the Milwaukee Area will meet in Sun Prairie or Fond Du Lac.
Adopters in the Green Bay Area will meet in Fond Du Lac.
