Buster

Meet Buster! This handsome 70 lb boy was born in April 2021 and is described as social, loving, and wonderfully chill. Buster's journey to The Barking Lot Rescue is a testament to his resilience. He was relinquished to Barstow Humane in November 2025, along with a tiny poodle mix named Tink. Facing overcrowding and at risk of euthanasia, they were rescued by The Barking Lot in April 2026. Now, Buster is ready to find his forever home and leave his past behind.

Ideal Home

Buster would do well in a variety of home environments. He has shown he can get along with other dogs and cats, and is also good with children of all ages.

Ongoing Health

Buster is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Buster is house-trained and knows basic commands. He's a smart boy who is eager to please and will likely pick up new training quickly!

Transporation

Buster is located in San Diego County, CA. We are happy to consider out-of-town applicants and can arrange virtual meet-and-greets. We offer monthly transport to various locations in the Pacific Northwest, and can discuss arrangements for transport to other locations across the US and Canada.
