About Harry Styles
Our adoption application can be found at the bottom of this pet's bio. Once your application has been approved, we can arrange a meet & greet with you and Harry Styles.
Meet Harry Styles, a people-loving adventure dog!
Harry loves everyone, and will happily snuggle you on the couch if you'll let him. He LOVES his ear and head massages. He adores meeting strangers on walks or when people come over. He just wants to greet everyone and say Hello!
Harry is SO smart. He learns tricks quickly, and is very food motivated. He is even thriving in a canine nosework class. He would be a super agility dog or hiking buddy! We would call his energy level moderate. He loves to be outside and will make his own goofy agility course with fallen logs, picnic benches…whatever he is allowed to jump up on (but he's really good about only doing this outside). He loves car rides and is very well-behaved in the car; he will just lie down or look out the window and enjoy the ride. He also enjoys playing "find it" games with his treats.
Harry Styles is fully potty trained and crate trained. He currently goes into the crate any time his foster family is away from the home. He is happy to settle into his crate, and doesn’t fuss. He takes himself to bed and sleeps beside his foster’s bed each night.
Harry is a beautiful dog, with striking ice-blue eyes, (people often stop on walks to comment on how handsome he is!) and his handsome coat barely sheds. He loves carrots, cucumbers and strawberries as an occasional treat.
Harry loves playing with the other playful young dog in his foster home, and is respectful of the older dog not wanting to play. We think he would really enjoy having another playful dog in the home, but would also do well as a solo pup. He tends to get overwhelmed in big group settings with multiple dogs, and prefers one on one play with other dogs. Introductions to other dogs can be overwhelming for him, but once he meets them he wants to be their best friend.
Harry is kid friendly and has lived with children previously! We would suggest a home with older children just due to his energy level and playfulness.
Harry walks great on a leash! He does get excited and pull when he sees a squirrel or another dog. He wants to say hi to other dogs, and this excitement can bubble up into barking and pulling—but as soon as the moment passes he settles right down again.
Harry's ideal home will be one with a fenced back yard OR an active one who will take him out on adventures. He's still a young pup, so he's got some energy to burn. He enjoys going for runs or long walks with his current family and LOVES to play tug. Harry would prefer a home without cats. He previously lived with a cat and he chased the cat.
Harry Styles came to us as a young puppy. His mom was chained up in the backyard and a hurricane was headed towards Houston. We were alerted of this entire family and were able to get them all to safety before the hurricane hit.
Harry Styles is 1 year old (as of 4/6/25). He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and ready to find a family to call his own! Harry currently weighs 45-50 pounds. Harry Styles is currently in a foster home in North Bend, WA and is eligible for meet & greets!
