Sir Duke

Sir Duke is a charming 3.5-month-old pup with a delightful mix of Husky, Labrador Retriever, Pit, GSD, Golden Retriever, and Collie! He weighs about 20lbs now but is expected to reach a full-grown size of 45-60lbs. Duke and his siblings were found living outdoors and have since undergone DNA testing to reveal their unique heritage.

Duke is a cautious yet playful companion who enjoys a good game of chase once he feels comfortable. He's a fantastic office buddy, happy to snooze at your feet while you work from home. He's also done well with children, other dogs, and cats in his foster home.

Ideal Home

Sir Duke would thrive in a home with another dog to continue his socialization and would greatly benefit from a fenced yard.

Ongoing Health

Duke is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on monthly preventatives. His adoption fee includes his spay/neuter surgery when he's old enough, as well as a microchip.

Training & Support

He is currently working on his potty and crate training and is making great progress! We require all adopters to be committed to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible pet ownership.

Transporation

Sir Duke is currently being fostered in Glen Allen, VA. Adopters must be within a reasonable distance of Richmond or Virginia Beach for his spay/neuter surgery.
