Bam Bam (The Flinstones)

Hi there! I'm Bam Bam, a long-haired Chihuahua mix with a personality that's much bigger than my pint-sized package. Don't let my tiny paws fool you; I've got the heart and attitude of a dog twice my size! My foster family says I'm bold, feisty, and always ready to make my opinions known. I do like to take a beat and size up new people, places, and situations first, but once I've decided you're worth my time, I'm all in. Curiosity is kind of my whole thing! When I'm not busy investigating every corner of a room, I'm probably deep into a play session with a favorite toy or negotiating snuggles with whoever's closest. A perfect day includes generous amounts of both. As a long-haired Chihuahua mix, I'll stay delightfully small, usually topping out around 4 to 7 pounds, making me perfectly portable and ready for wherever life takes you!

I'm looking for a home that appreciates my bold and feisty spirit! My foster family notes that homes with children over the age of 6 are best, and I'm best suited for a Northern California location.

Training & Support

I'm a smart cookie! "Come," "sit," and "down" are already in my repertoire, and I'm working on "spin" next. I'm still perfecting my potty training, but I'm crate trained and picking things up fast! I'm fascinated by toys, other pets, and anything that moves, so I'm always ready to play. After a day of investigating and playing, I'm happiest curled up next to my people. Tickles, scratches, and belly rubs are always welcome!
