26-083 Slinky "JUST ARRIVED"

Slinky is a 4-month-old puppy who is part of the TOY STORY litter. He is sweet but shy right now, as he is still decompressing and learning that he is safe. Slinky and his siblings were rescued in Greenville, and their mom, Jessie, an Australian Shepherd mix, is also in our care.

Ideal Home

Slinky would thrive in a home where he is not left alone for extended periods. A securely fenced yard is required if you live in a house, and all poisonous plants must be removed. Applicants must be 21 years or older with identification showing their present address, and all adults in the household must give their consent. If renting, proof of a pet deposit and a lease allowing pets is necessary. All resident pets in the applicant's home must be spayed or neutered, up-to-date on core vaccines, and dogs must be on heartworm prevention.

Ongoing Health

Slinky's adoption fee covers core vaccines, Lepto and Flu shots, all boosters, a microchip, dewormer until clear fecal tests, and spay/neuter surgery performed by a DSDA vet partner. He is also up-to-date on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and you'll receive the following month's preventatives with your adoption.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Slinky will require time, money, and dedication for training and responsible care.

Slinky is located in Dallas. Home visits are required for all adoptions, so we only adopt to Dallas and surrounding areas.
