Black Goose

Well, hello there! My name is Black Goose, and I'm a handsome 5-month-old Labradoodle weighing in at 27 lbs. I came to Wags as an unclaimed stray from a rural Virginia shelter. While I can be a bit shy when we first meet, with a few treats, a soft voice, and slow movements, I'll warm up to you in no time – I just need to know you're a nice human! I absolutely love to play with other dogs, and I have all the typical puppy energy you'd expect! My foster mom says I have wonderful potential because I'm young and full of life, just waiting for my forever home.

Ideal Home

I would do best with another dog that is medium to large in size that I can play with!

Ongoing Health

I am neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

I am still learning house manners since arriving at the rescue. I do need someone to spend time with me, provide love and guidance, and help me continue to learn.
