Miss Gladys is a sweet and resilient girl born around March 2023. We believe she is a beautiful mix of Black Mouth Cur and Australian Shepherd, giving her both intelligence and a gentle, loyal nature. Miss Gladys arrived at the Chipley shelter under heartbreaking circumstances. She had clearly recently had puppies — her teats were still full of milk — but she arrived without them. Sadly, just a few days later she was scheduled to be euthanized. Thankfully, she was given a second chance and is now safe while she waits for the loving home she truly deserves. Despite everything she has been through, Miss Gladys has remained incredibly sweet, gentle, and trusting. She enjoys being around people and gets along well with other dogs. Her calm and loving personality makes her a wonderful companion who simply wants to be part of a family again. Miss Gladys has already proven how strong and kind-hearted she is. Now she’s just hoping for a forever home where she will be safe, cherished, and loved for the rest of her life. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate dog with a beautiful spirit, Miss Gladys may be the perfect addition to your family.
