Lasso Hedwig is a bouncy, joyful pup who approaches life with enthusiasm and a toy in his mouth whenever possible! He believes every person, dog, and even a mud puddle is a potential new best friend. Estimated to be just shy of a year old, Lasso is a possible Pyrenees/Lab mix who is already showing wonderful manners. He is house trained, crate trained, wonderful with children, and settled into home life beautifully. He enjoys active play with other dogs but is also happy to relax with his family. Lasso is incredibly social, greeting new people and dogs with happy curiosity and polite manners. He also respects feline friends. He doesn't need to be the center of attention, just included in the fun, making him an endearing companion.
Ideal Home
Lasso would thrive in an active home with a family that appreciates a cheerful companion always ready for adventure. He would also love a home with another playful dog, but more than anything, he's looking for a family that enjoys walks, playtime, and exploring new watering holes.
Ongoing Health
Lasso is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. He has received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
Lasso is house trained and crate trained. He is described as an easy and fun dog to have around and has shown good manners. He is also a good sharer of toys.

Lasso is located in Texas. Transport is available nationwide through our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Please note there is an $87 surcharge due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
