Ava & Esther

Meet Ava and Esther, two of the sweetest girls you will ever meet! Ava is a tan and white, 18-month-old Terrier mix weighing around 38 pounds. She loves to be right next to her favorite person and is the confident leader of this dynamic duo. Ava is a pro on the leash and has even taught Esther that leashes are nothing to fear. Esther is a black and white, 4-year-old Foxhound mix who weighs 54 pounds. She's a bit more reserved and tends to follow Ava's lead. Esther can be shy in new surroundings but quickly warms up. She's also making great progress with her leash skills! You'll often find these two best friends playing together or snuggled up for a nap. Both girls enjoy their toys and are happy travelers in the car. Esther finds comfort and security when Ava is nearby, especially in unfamiliar situations. Ava and Esther are fantastic with cats, other dogs, and children, making them a wonderful and easy addition to almost any family!

Ideal Home

Ava and Esther would thrive in a home where they can be together, as Esther feels most secure with Ava by her side.

Ongoing Health

Both Ava and Esther are spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Esther can be shy in new environments, but with Ava's support and some gentle encouragement, she warms up quickly. Both are doing well with leash training.

Ava and Esther are currently located in Houston, Texas, but can be transported to most states for an additional fee of $600.
