Duke is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention. He has also been heartworm tested. You will receive copies of his veterinary and microchip records.

Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- After we review your completed survey, we will contact you by phone or email within three business days.
- Please note: We are closed on Sunday and Monday and will not be processing any applications on those days.
- Please get back to us right away when we call or email regarding an application so that we can quickly connect.
- An adoption counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions, discuss any medical needs for the pet, and determine the suitability of a match.
- After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system.
- We support a 30-day no-fault return policy in which adopters are given the opportunity to find a better match. If we cannot provide advice/tools to keep a pet in the home, we offer the options to exchange for a pet that may be a better match or receive a refund minus a $40 processing fee.
Transportation
Adoptions can be scheduled at Pet Central Helps!, PetSmart - Bloomington, IL, or the Cat's Meow Cafe. Specific details for each location will be provided upon scheduling your appointment.
