Lola

Lola is a sweet 10-year-old, 53 lb girl who was found roaming alone on the side of a road. Her microchip was researched, but sadly, no owner ever came forward to reclaim her. Their loss is truly our gain, because Lola is an absolute gem. She's a gentle lady who is a touch shy with other dogs but completely non-reactive and tolerant. Lola absolutely loves attention; pet her once and she'll beg for more! She is housebroken, sits so politely for treats, and is wonderful on leisurely walks. Lola is a quiet, polite girl who truly blossoms once she feels safe. She has spent enough of her golden years alone and uncertain, and now it's time for her to finally feel what it's like to be loved, safe, and adored.

Ideal Home

Lola would thrive in a home where she can continue to feel safe and loved. She is a bit shy with other dogs, so a home with no other dogs, or with a very calm, tolerant canine companion, might be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Lola comes with a few medical needs. She has chronic ear infections and arthritis, but is otherwise a healthy girl ready for her second chance.

Training & Support

Lola is already housebroken and knows how to sit politely for treats. She enjoys leisurely walks and truly blossoms once she feels safe. Continued patience and affection will help her feel even more comfortable.
