Micaela is a approximately 2-year-old husky who has overcome a great deal of hardship. She arrived at the shelter in significant pain due to a fractured jaw, bleeding gums, and deep tissue infection. Despite her painful past, Micaela is a resilient and gentle soul who is now on the path to recovery. She is incredibly brave and has begun her healing journey with a gentle spirit, leaning into affection and watching her caregivers with grateful eyes. Micaela is also heartworm positive but has already started slow-kill treatment, ensuring a safe and steady recovery. With her dental issues addressed and treatment underway, she is expected to live a completely normal, pain-free life. This sweet girl is now ready to find her forever home where she will finally know love and security.
