Penny Lane is a spirited 1-year-old, 22lb bundle of joy! Her DNA reveals a delightful mix of Yorkshire Terrier, Poodle, and Chihuahua, with a few other surprises thrown in – a true Heinz 57! She's a spicy girl who isn't afraid to stand her ground if another dog gets in her face, but she also has buddies she loves to play with in the yard. Penny Lane is pretty well house-trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is always ready to hop into a car for an adventure. She does seem a bit unsure about being leashed, so a harness might be a better fit for her. She absolutely adores people and soaking up all the attention, and she's always the first one in line when it's time for food! Penny Lane is sure to be a wonderful companion.
Ideal Home
Penny Lane would do best in a home where she can receive plenty of attention. She enjoys playing with other dogs but may need a little guidance on how to interact with dogs who get in her face.
Ongoing Health
Penny Lane has been spayed, microchipped, and is up-to-date on all vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. She is also on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas, ticks, and parasites.
Training & Support
While Penny Lane is mostly house-trained, she can be a bit spicy with other dogs and might benefit from a harness instead of a leash. She is a smart girl who loves attention and food, which can be great motivators for continued training.
