Grace is a bubbly and sweet young girl with a new leash on life after a very rough start. She was rescued as a stray after raising her babies under a fallen tree in the Texas summer heat. Thankfully, she and her pups were brought to the rescue by a caring street dog feeder. Grace quickly made friends with both two- and four-legged companions at the rescue, capturing hearts with her playful spirit. She loves squeaky toys, cuddling with her pup pals, and doing zoomies in the courtyard.
Ideal Home
Grace has strong herding tendencies and loves being near people, preferring to be in a group. She'll shower everyone nearby with sweet affections but will try to "herd" anyone who walks away. She will do best in a home with people who are experienced with herding dog breeds.

Grace is fully vaccinated and spayed.

Grace is kennel trained and potty trained.

Transportation
Grace is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee. Pick-up locations for transported dogs may vary and could be in a nearby state. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Adopters can track the van using the Life360 app and receive updates from transport. Facebook chats are also available to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be prepared to use one of these services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
