Stella

Stella is a delightful 5-month-old poodle mix who currently weighs about 6lbs and is expected to stay under 10lbs when fully grown. She's brimming with puppy energy – playful, sweet, curious, and incredibly loving. Stella is doing wonderfully with older children and adults, but she can be a bit shy around younger children or dogs who are overly boisterous. She's not aggressive, just a little cautious, as she may have had a challenging start as a street puppy. Stella is dreaming of a patient and calm forever home where she can receive plenty of interaction and cuddles while she masters potty training, obedience, and all the joys of being a beloved family member.

Ideal Home

Stella would thrive in a patient, calm home environment. She is a little skittish around younger children and overly exuberant dogs, so a home with older children and calmer canine companions would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Stella is spayed, vaccinated, and up to date on all her necessary medical care.

Training & Support

Stella is still learning potty training and obedience. She will need a family committed to continuing her education with positive reinforcement and lots of love.

Stella is currently located in Houston, TX. She will not be transported until she is adopted.
