Meet August, a sweet and friendly Great Pyrenees puppy who loves everyone he meets! At 16-17 weeks old, he already embodies the gentle and easygoing nature that this breed is known for. He's healthy, happy, and ready to find his forever home. August is a purebred Great Pyrenees, and both his parents are also purebred.

Ideal Home

August is a large breed and will continue to grow. His gentle nature means he's likely to do well with families, but his size means he will need a home that can accommodate a growing gentle giant.

Ongoing Health

August is up to date on vaccinations, including Bordetella and rabies, and he is microchipped. He has double dewclaws. As a large/giant breed, it's recommended that August not be altered until he is at least one year old. Early spaying or neutering can cause health problems, so this responsibility will be left to his adopter.

Transporation

August is currently in a foster home in Tennessee. He is available for adoption in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Maine. Getting him to you is easy, as we use a weekly professional pet transport service that departs Friday mornings. The adoption fee is $525, with an additional $185 transport fee.
