Meet Carlos!

Carlos is an approximately three-month-old Pit Bull/Lab mix puppy who is as sweet and cuddly as he is smart and gentlemanly. With his handsome brindle patches, a precious freckled face, tiny freckled paws, and the cutest curly tail, Carlos is sure to steal your heart with his irresistible puppy-dog eyes.

Carlos possesses a wonderful, gentle nature, striking a perfect balance between playful and calm. He's always ready for an adventure or a game of fetch, but he's equally content to curl up beside you for a cozy nap. His intelligence shines through as he's eager to learn, already mastering "sit" and being highly treat-motivated, which makes training both easy and enjoyable. He loves having a task and lights up when learning something new. Carlos is also making great progress with potty training, showing excellent improvement daily. He adores toys and knows how to play fetch, his curly tail wagging with joy as he chases, retrieves, or invites you for another round. Above all, Carlos cherishes spending time with his people. Once playtime is over, he's all about snuggles, puppy kisses, and adorable puppy hugs, offering a calm and loving presence that makes you feel instantly at home.

Carlos is growing up with his littermates and enjoys playing with them, including wrestling, chasing, and sharing toys. Because he's so social, he would love a forever home with another playful dog to be his built-in best friend.

Like all young puppies, Carlos is still learning important life skills. He is continuing to work on potty training, crate training, leash walking, and good puppy manners. His forever family should be prepared to invest time, patience, consistency, and plenty of positive reinforcement as he grows. The puppy stage requires dedication, but it's also one of the most rewarding adventures.

• A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.

Transporation

Carlos is currently located in Texas. Transport is available nationwide via a USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
