I'm Meeka, a sweet 12-year-old German Shepherd Dog mix looking for my forever retirement home! I'm a distinguished lady who enjoys the simple pleasures in life: a cozy home, a sunny spot in the yard, and gentle companionship. My days are spent contentedly surveying my surroundings and cherishing my favorite Kong ball. I'm a well-behaved girl who is house-trained, knows how to use a doggie door, and enjoys my crate as a safe space. I'm also polite and have never shown any destructive behaviors.

Ideal Home

I thrive in a calm and serene household where I can relax and enjoy my golden years. I get along well with mature, calm dogs but would prefer to be the only canine in the home. I'm not a fan of rambunctious puppies. Homeownership is required for my adoption.

Ongoing Health

I am spayed and up to date on vaccinations. My adoption fee includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, distemper/parvo vaccines, bordetella, a microchip with prepaid lifetime registration, and deworming.

Training & Support

I'm a well-trained lady who is house-trained and uses a doggie door. I also enjoy my crate time for comfort and have no destructive tendencies. My only need is a loving family who appreciates a calm and tranquil lifestyle.
