This handsome fellow is KING, an approximately 6-8 year old lab mix with a fun, fluffy tail that's sure to steal your heart! KING is a fantastic companion, energetic and active while also being sweet, quiet, and gentle. He's a solid "10" when it comes to energy, loving to run and be active. Despite his zest for life, he's also fairly self-sufficient and not high maintenance. KING is a smart boy with good common sense, following directions well. He's not a big barker, but will alert you to anything unusual. He appreciates a good meal and treats but doesn't have a high food or prey drive. While he's not overly affectionate, his sweet disposition and gentle nature will surely win you over.

Ideal Home

KING would thrive in an active home that can provide him with regular activity and enrichment. He enjoys people, kids, and other dogs, but has no known experience with cats. A yard would be a great bonus for this active boy.

Ongoing Health

KING is fully functioning and his past injuries, from being hit by a car, do not impact his daily life. He has physical scars but nothing holds him back.

Training & Support

KING is both crate and house-trained and will indicate when he needs to go outside. He shows no signs of storm or separation anxiety. He has been known to chew plastic water bowls, so metal bowls are recommended.
