Gnome *CL*

Gnome is a special little girl, approximately 9 months old, who is looking for her forever home. She can be anxious when meeting new people, and it takes time and patience for her to warm up. Once she trusts you, she loves belly rubs and playing with her sister and the resident dog in the backyard. Gnome also enjoys chew toys. Like many puppies, she likes to dig in the yard and might chew on things she finds, such as slippers. She's learning to walk on a leash but can be easily distracted. Gnome is house-trained and is working on her basic commands. She would do well in a home with another dog and has had successful, though limited, interactions with cats. Gnome is currently fostered with her sister, Patti, and they are very bonded. While it would be wonderful if they could be adopted together, it's not a requirement.

Ideal Home

Gnome would do well in a home with another dog. She has had limited exposure to cats, but those interactions were successful.

Gnome will be altered (or will be before adoption).

Training & Support

Gnome is house-broken and learning basic commands. She is learning to walk on a leash but can be easily distracted. She has a tendency to dig and chew, which is typical for her age.
