Coal is a friendly and playful young boy with lots of energy and curiosity. He is athletic and enjoys going on walks and playing in the park. He is crate-trained and does well with other dogs when he meets them, but is dog-selective, meaning he needs to meet his friends slowly. Coal is a loving and loyal dog who would make a great addition to any family. We estimate he is 5 years old. We don't know much about his history, other than he was saved from the Borger Texas pound, but we do know that he is eager to find his forever home and meet his new family.
Ideal Home
Coal would do well in a home that can provide him with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He needs to meet potential canine friends slowly to ensure a good match.
Ongoing Health
Coal's adoption fee includes his neuter, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and Bordetella), negative heartworm test (if 6+ months old at transport), negative fecal within 14 days of transport, health certificate within 10 days of transport, registered microchip.
Training & Support
Coal is crate-trained. He is dog-selective and needs slow introductions to other dogs.
