John Boy arrived at Horse Creek on January 15, 2026. With his adorable looks and expressive face, we believe he may be a Boxer/Boston Terrier mix, giving him the perfect blend of spunk, sweetness, and smarts. This sweet, energetic youngster lights up every day here at Horse Creek with his happy spirit and big heart. He adores spending time with our volunteers, whether he's soaking up attention, trotting along beside them, or showing off his playful personality. In our fenced play yards, he is in his element. He loves romping with other dogs and is always ready for a good game or a friendly chase. His joyful energy makes him a favorite among his playgroup pals. John Boy is ready to bring laughter, love, and lively companionship to a family of his own. Ongoing Health

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered and current on all vaccinations. They receive monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention. All of their medical needs are taken care of before they are available for adoption.

Training & Support

John Boy is an energetic and playful young dog. He loves to romp and play in our fenced yards.
