Sadie is a delightful 3-year-old Terrier/Border Collie mix who is looking for a family that sees pets as cherished members. She's been patiently waiting since June 2023 for her perfect match. Recently, Sadie spent two weeks in a foster home and truly shone, proving herself to be a low-maintenance companion. She's a professional in the home, with zero accidents, a remarkably calm demeanor, and a knack for knowing when to give you your space while still keeping a watchful eye. Sadie isn't a constant shadow, but she is observant and alert, making her a wonderful guardian for her family.
Ideal Home
Sadie would thrive in a home that appreciates a calm, independent dog. She's best suited for homes with children ages 5 and up who can respect her need for personal space. She enjoys the company of other dogs, particularly males, and while social, she likes to be the "boss" of the pack at times. She's looking for a household that values loyalty and quiet companionship over constant physical affection.
Ongoing Health
Sadie is heartworm positive. She is currently on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. A health certificate, exam, and fecal test will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Training & Support
Sadie is a food-motivated learner, making training a breeze! She's a "crate queen," happily settling in for the night when it's time. She's also a dream on walks, with no pulling or chaos.

Transporation
Sadie is currently in Oklahoma. We have a dedicated transport network and can bring her to various locations across the country. When you adopt through us, you'll meet our transport vehicle at a designated city stop. If for any reason the adoption doesn't work out, Sadie remains under our protection and will return to Oklahoma on our next scheduled trip.
