ROSIE

Meet Rosie! She's a sweet, loving 6-year-old Yellow Labrador / Golden Retriever mix who is eager to please and has a happy disposition. Rosie is a talker and enjoys lounging, trail walks, and is quite cuddly. She's curious, smart, and would love to share everything with you! Rosie is independent, enjoys car rides, and keeps a tidy kennel. She is housebroken and would make a great companion and family dog.

Ideal Home

Rosie would thrive in a home with older, kind, and dog-savvy children. She is social with other dogs and generally ignores them. However, she has a strong prey drive and will chase cats and other small animals, so a home without them is a must. A secure, fenced yard is required to keep her safe and happy. Large dog experience is preferred as she is very strong on leash.

Ongoing Health

All AAP dogs come up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Rosie is treat-motivated and a fast learner. She is currently working on her leash manners as she is quite strong.

Rosie is located at our shelter and can be transported to the Wags adoption center.
