Gunner from TEXAS

Gunner is a goofy, happy black-and-tan hound mix who loves people, affection, toys, treats, couch naps, and playing with other dogs. He was rescued from a rural small-town dog pound and enjoys relaxing indoors in the air conditioning, with short outdoor play sessions during hot weather.

Gunner is around 3 years old and weighs approximately 50 pounds. He is affectionate, rides well in a vehicle, walks on leash, sits for treats, comes when called, and is comfortable with baths. As a typical hound, he may bark at passing people, neighborhood dogs, and cats, chase squirrels, counter-surf, and raid unsecured garbage cabinets with his canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Gunner is neutered, tattooed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated for DAPPvL2, Bordetella, and rabies. He has been treated for heartworms, is now heartworm-negative, and receives monthly heartworm and flea prevention.
