Wolfie is a gorgeous and unique boy, about a year old and weighing 63 lbs, who is very people-friendly and loves kids. He's shown no reactivity towards cats or other dogs and has a healthy energy level of 8 out of 10, enjoying an active life filled with joyful play. Wolfie is incredibly affectionate, loves to give and receive kisses and snuggles, and is gentle when taking treats, even high-value ones. Despite spending much of his life in isolation, he's a very smart boy who already knows how to sit on command and is very responsive to communication. He has a beautiful, coyote-like coloring that everyone admires. Wolfie loves life's adventures, walks, and attention, though he's not thrilled about being confined, much like a standard husky. He's fairly independent and has a knack for making people laugh. Wolfie is clean in his kennel and we believe he'll adapt quickly to a structured home environment. He has no storm or separation anxiety. On walks, he's initially excited to explore but will follow instructions and doesn't pull much once he's had a chance to sniff around. He also behaves well in the car and has a very high food drive, making him a great candidate for training. While he likely has a standard prey drive, nothing unusual has been observed. Wolfie's only area for improvement is becoming familiar with indoor living, which we believe he'll adjust to with a slow introduction. He has no known health concerns.

Wolfie would do best with an active family, or a person or couple who enjoys activities like hiking and is eager to engage with him.
