Bubba (Foster)

Bubba is a 5-year-old sweetheart with a big heart and an even bigger appreciation for the simple things in life: treats, toys, hugs, and people to love. He has lived with kids, cats, and dogs, and he's the kind of easygoing guy who just wants to be part of the family. Bubba absolutely loves giving hugs and soaking up attention from his favorite humans. Beneath all that sweetness is a dog who's really just hoping to find a cozy home and people to call his own forever.

From the day he came into my home, this goofy blond hippo has made me laugh every single day. He's got the biggest block head you've ever seen, and I'm convinced he believes it exists solely for scratches. Sit down beside him, and before long you'll have a 70-pound head resting in your lap, gently reminding you that you're not finished petting him yet. Don't forget the butt scratches, either-they're just as important in Bubba's world. He's the perfect mix of silly and sweet. One minute he's racing around the yard doing his hilarious zoomies with a squeaky toy proudly hanging out of his mouth, and the next he's snoring beside me, completely content after a day of playing. Watching him be happy is one of my favorite things. The thing I wish people could see is just how easy Bubba is to love.

Ideal Home

Bubba is looking for a cozy home where he can be part of the family. He has lived with kids, cats, and dogs and enjoys being with people.

Ongoing Health

Bubba is a healthy boy with no known health concerns.

Training & Support

Bubba already knows his commands, walks beautifully on a leash without pulling, and rides quietly in the car. He's always ready for an adventure and loves to be included in outings.
