About Hank Sweetie Baby

Hank Reed is a 5-month-old bundle of joy, weighing around 17 pounds. We suspect he's a mix of Pit Bull and Labrador Retriever, but in rescue, it's always a delightful guess! Hank is playful, sweet, curious, and loves to cuddle. His days are filled with a happy rhythm of eating, sleeping, and playing, especially with his siblings. This adorable pup comes from an area with a high euthanasia rate for puppies, and choosing to adopt Hank directly saves his life and opens up a space for another animal in need. Ideal Home

Hank needs a family committed to the joys and challenges of puppyhood. This includes dedicated training, socialization, and establishing a consistent routine with clear boundaries.

Ongoing Health

Hank is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with a booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and he will be spayed/neutered. He will also receive flea prevention and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. A heartworm test will be performed, and he will be treated if needed. All of this is included in the adoption fee.

Training & Support

As Hank is still very young, he will require significant commitment to training and socialization. We require all adoptive families to commit to crate training Hank from the moment he arrives home. This will aid in potty training, managing his energy, and fostering his development into a well-rounded adult dog. Our team on-site works with each dog on foundational skills like crate training, potty training, and leash walking.
