Buttons is a 4-year-old Hound mix with a gentle, easygoing personality. She came into the shelter very underweight, but she’s gaining steadily and starting to feel so much better. She’s a mellow girl who enjoys the simple things—short walks, naps in the sun, and being close to her people. Buttons walks nicely on leash and is very treat motivated, which makes her a great, easy companion. She’s not a high-energy dog and would be perfect for someone looking for a calm, steady presence—whether that’s a quieter home, an older couple, or anyone who just wants a sweet dog to share their space with. Buttons doesn’t need much—just a safe place, a little patience, and someone to love her.
