Nipsey

Meet Nipsey, an adorable adult male American Bulldog mix with a heart of gold! This special dude is a staff favorite, and it's easy to see why. Nipsey, affectionately known as "Nip Nip," is looking for a special person to share his life with. He's a ladies' man, and while he enjoys a quiet home, he's not limited to a single lady! He's treat-motivated and is working on taking treats gently, which is a sign of his progress.

Nipsey has had a less fortunate past and is still learning to trust. He was not given proper medical care previously, which led to significant weight loss. He's now learning that food is a positive thing and that he will never go hungry again. Nipsey enjoys long walks, snuggling, smiling, and most of all, TREATS! He's crate trained but prefers to relax on his own bed while waiting for you at home.

Ideal Home

Nipsey would thrive in a quiet home with someone who is dog-savvy and patient. Children would not be the best fit for him at this time due to his past experiences. If you have another dog, a meet-and-greet is a must to ensure they have similar energy levels and get along well.

Ongoing Health

Nipsey has recovered from a past neglect case that affected his weight. He is now learning to associate food with positive experiences and will never go hungry again. He is neutered.

Training & Support

Nipsey is treat-motivated and is still learning to take treats gently. He enjoys walks, snuggling, and is crate trained, though he prefers his own bed.
