Smoochie

Smoochie is a sweet 7-year-old, 9 lb girl who came to us from a difficult hoarding situation. Understandably, she's a bit reserved and timid, but with her foster mom's patience, she's made wonderful progress! Smoochie needs a loving and understanding adopter who will continue to help her feel safe and secure. She gets along wonderfully with the little dogs in her foster home and would likely do well with other small, gentle canine companions.

Ideal Home

Smoochie would thrive in a home where she can continue to build her confidence. She needs a patient and loving owner who can give her the time and space she needs to blossom. A fenced-in backyard is a must for her, and she cannot be in an apartment. She would do best with an experienced dog owner who understands the needs of a shy dog.

Ongoing Health

Smoochie is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. No ongoing health issues were noted.

Training & Support

Smoochie is a bit timid and reserved due to her past. She is making progress with her foster mom and will need continued patience and positive reinforcement to help her feel safe and comfortable in her new home.

• A completed, approved application is required before a meet and greet can be arranged.
