Charlie Brown

Charlie Brown is a sweet boy who needs a little extra time and patience to feel comfortable. He can be quite distant at first, but with understanding and gentle encouragement, he'll begin to warm up to you and your presence. It's important to note that Charlie Brown is not a fan of children. He can still be a bit scared even with people he knows, and sometimes he "freezes" when being petted or picked up. One of our fosters experienced him hiding under her deck after he got out, which is why we're concerned about him going to a home unless you're committed to keeping him on a leash most of the time until he truly feels secure and knows he's home. His buddy was recently adopted, and we believe Charlie Brown would benefit greatly from having another dog in the home to help him gain the confidence he needs.

Charlie Brown is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Charlie Brown can be shy and may freeze when petted or picked up. He needs a commitment to leash use until he feels at home. He is not house-trained. A trainer can be provided in certain areas.
