Dottie

Dottie is a 4-year-old, 62-pound sweetheart with a heart of gold and a personality that will keep you laughing! She's a loyal companion who loves to play and cuddle. Dottie is incredibly intelligent and food-motivated, making training a breeze. Her goofy antics and loving nature make her an absolute joy to have around. She just wants to be by your side, showering you with affection.

Ideal Home

Dottie would thrive in a moderately active home that can provide at least one good walk or play session per day. She gets overstimulated in large groups of dogs, so she would do best with one or two calm canine companions or as the only pet. Dottie has had negative experiences with young males and would do best in a home without young boys or an all-female household. She is wonderful when meeting women.

Ongoing Health

Dottie is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed.

Training & Support

Dottie walks well on a leash, though she can pull and bark when she sees other dogs. She is fully potty trained and crate trained, and she does well when allowed to free roam. She may whine when left alone initially but settles down without causing damage. Dottie is eager to please and picks up on training quickly due to her intelligence and food motivation.
