Woody is a delightful, approximately 4-month-old Australian Shepherd mix pup who recently arrived with his littermates from Greenville. Their mom, Jessie, is also in our care! Woody has adjusted wonderfully to indoor living, proving himself to be an outgoing and adventurous companion. He's already sleeping through the night and is getting the hang of letting us know when he needs to go outside for potty breaks in the morning. He's a treat-motivated learner, and we're excited to see him master the 'sit' command!
Ideal Home
Woody would thrive in a home where he won't be left alone for extended periods. All resident pets in the home must be spayed or neutered, up-to-date on core vaccines, and on heartworm prevention. If you own your home, a secure fence is required. If you rent, proof of a pet deposit and landlord approval is necessary. All poisonous plants must also be removed from the yard.
Ongoing Health
Woody's adoption fee covers his core vaccines, including Lepto and Flu, all boosters, microchipping, deworming until clear, and spay/neuter surgery performed by a DSDA vet partner. He is currently on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and you'll receive the following month's preventatives as a complimentary gift!
Training & Support
Woody is showing great promise with potty training and is eager to learn, especially for treats. He's focused on learning to sit. As with any puppy, consistent training, socialization, and plenty of love will help him continue to grow into a well-adjusted dog.

Transporation
Woody is located in Dallas and we require a home visit on every adoption. We adopt to Dallas and surrounding areas only.
