About Captain

Captain is a striking black tri male Miniature American Shepherd puppy with exceptionally rich, vibrant copper trim and beautiful, correct markings. His flashy coloring and sweet expression make him one of the standouts of his litter. He is also the smallest puppy in the group and is expected to mature between 15–17 inches tall and approximately 25–35 pounds. Captain has a minor cosmetic difference resulting from a birth injury that affected a single toe on one front foot. This has healed beautifully and is not expected to affect his mobility, activity level, quality of life, or ability to enjoy all the adventures a family companion should. Because of this cosmetic difference, Captain is being offered at a reduced price and is available as a companion pet only. Born on Memorial Day, Captain will be ready to join his new family at 10 weeks of age. He is ASDR registered and is not available with breeding rights. Captain is being raised on our family farm where he receives daily socialization, enrichment, and plenty of love. He is being introduced to new sights, sounds, people, and experiences to help him grow into a confident, well-rounded companion. Ongoing Health

Captain will receive at least two age-appropriate vaccinations, follow a regular deworming schedule, be microchipped, and receive a comprehensive health examination before going to his new home. He comes with a health guarantee.

Training & Support

Captain is receiving daily socialization and enrichment and is being introduced to new sights, sounds, people, and experiences to help him grow into a confident, well-rounded companion.
