Beauregard the 4th

Meet Beauregard the 4th, a sweet and easygoing 12+ year old chihuahua mix. Beau came to us when his devoted owner had to move into a nursing home. He lived a cherished life with his previous owner and is now ready to find a loving family to spoil him in his golden years. Beau is blind, but he navigates his surroundings with confidence and ease. He's a friendly and happy boy who adores soft, cozy beds and settles in well in a crate. We believe he is potty trained and is dog-friendly, though he truly shines when he has the companionship of people and other calm, gentle dogs. We promised Beauregard the 4th that the rest of his life would be the best of his life. Could that be with you?

Ideal Home

Beau thrives in a calm and loving environment where he can feel secure. He prefers the company of people and gentle, calm dogs.

Ongoing Health

Beau is blind but gets around very well. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Beau is assumed to be potty trained, but this will need to be confirmed in his new home. He settles well in a crate and loves cozy beds.

Transporation

Beauregard the 4th is located in South Carolina and can be transported to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick him up. We offer local or virtual meet-and-greets once an application is on file.
