Penny is a sweet, gentle, kind, and beautiful Golden Retriever puppy born on January 19, 2026. She forms deep bonds with her people and loves to follow them around, observing their activities. Penny enjoys training, working, playing, and especially loves belly rubs, just like her dad! She has been extensively socialized at Countryside Living, an assisted living and memory care facility, starting at six weeks old. There, she learned to refrain from nipping and to remain calm and quiet. Penny is already familiar with humans of all ages, loud medical equipment, and sudden movements. She has also visited places like Tractor Supply, Home Depot, the airport, and several pet-friendly diners. Additionally, she has had exposure to long car rides.

Penny thrives with families, children, other dogs, and adults. She loves to be involved in everything her people are doing.

Ongoing Health

Penny comes from parents who have undergone full health testing, including evaluations for hips, elbows, eyes, heart, and genetic conditions.

Training & Support

Penny has already learned several commands, including sit, down, stay, wait, leave it, and take it. Her extensive socialization has prepared her to be calm and well-behaved in various environments.
