Meet Chand!
His name means Moon in Punjabi, and just like the moon, Chand has a way of quietly stealing the spotlight. This handsome little guy is 1012 weeks old, full of puppy charm, and ready to find the family he'll love for a lifetime. Chand came to us as a stray from California's Central Valley, where sadly no one came looking for him. Thankfully, those days are behind him, and he's now thriving in foster care, where his sweet, playful personality shines brighter every day. Expected to grow into a wonderful medium-sized companion of around 45-60 pounds, Chand is the perfect blend of adventurous and affectionate. He loves to wrestle with his siblings, explore the backyard, chase toys, and then happily settle in for cuddles after a busy day of puppy fun. He's incredibly smart, eager to please, and always excited to learn something new.
Ideal Home
Chand's ideal home includes a house with a securely fenced backyard, an active family ready for all the fun that comes with raising a puppy, and, in a perfect world, another friendly dog to help show him the ropes and build his confidence.
Ongoing Health
Chand will continue his puppy vaccine series over the next six weeks before he's ready to safely explore public places.
Training & Support
Like any puppy his age, Chand has no formal training yet. He's just beginning to learn about house training, crate training, and basic manners, so he's looking for a family committed to helping him succeed through patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, and plenty of love. With the right guidance, he's going to grow into an amazing lifelong companion.
