Debo

Meet Debo, a handsome and lively boy who's estimated to be around 5 years old. Though he arrived as a stray, meaning we don't know his full history, Debo is a wonderfully affectionate, silly, energetic, and smart companion. He can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and loves to shower his people with affection.

Ideal Home

Debo would do well in a home with larger dogs, and a meet and greet will be required if you have another dog. He should not be placed in a home with small animals.

Ongoing Health

Debo was treated for an ear infection upon intake and is now recovering well. He has been microchipped and vaccinated. He will be neutered prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Debo is not fully house-trained yet, but he has shown improvement. He would greatly benefit from continued obedience training and socialization to help him gain confidence and learn new skills.

Debo is located at Frederick County Esther L. Boyd Animal Shelter in Winchester, VA. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
