Walter II

Walter is a sweet senior Beagle boy who is as happy as can be! He's well-socialized with other dogs and friendly with everyone he meets. Walter has just enough energy for a few zoomies around the house, but he's mostly a lap dog who loves to snuggle up with his foster mom while watching TV and sleeps right beside her at night. He's not destructive and walks well on a leash.

Ideal Home

Walter is a perfect companion for someone looking for a loving, low-key friend. He doesn't require a large yard, but enjoys a brief romp around the house.

Ongoing Health

Walter is heartworm negative. He is scheduled for neuter surgery on July 7th.

Training & Support

Walter is working on house training and may mark indoors. We're hopeful that his upcoming neuter surgery, combined with continued training from his foster mom, will help him overcome this. He can also be vocal when left alone, but this may improve as he settles in.
