PHOEBE

Phoebe is a delightful young girl, estimated to be between 1 and 1.5 years old and weighing in at 53 lbs. She's a lovely shepherd mix who came to us as a stray, so we don't know much about her past. Phoebe is a really sweet and friendly pup who absolutely adores people. She walks nicely on a leash and seems to know a few simple commands, showing off her smarts!

Ideal Home

Phoebe has been doing well with other dogs at the shelter, but we don't have information on how she is with children or cats. To ensure a smooth introduction, we highly recommend bringing any resident children, dogs, and cats to the shelter for a meet-and-greet before taking Phoebe home.

Ongoing Health

Phoebe has received her DA2PP and Bordetella vaccines. She is not yet spayed, but she is on the waiting list at the vet. If she is not spayed before adoption, her adoption fee includes a $75 voucher to help with the cost of her spay surgery at a veterinarian of your choice.

Training & Support

While it's hard to tell in a shelter environment, it's best to assume Phoebe may not be housebroken and be pleasantly surprised if she is! Consistent training and positive reinforcement will help her settle in and learn the ropes of her new home.
