Philip is a goofy little guy with a fun Bulldog attitude. He is sweet, friendly, loves attention, and can be protective of his people. Philip came to us extremely overweight and has been on a feeding program and is looking great! He does have a skin condition that is being addressed, and we are not sure if he will need medications going forward. Philip is 4 years old and weighs 57 pounds.
