Peanut is a handsome, healthy 1-year-old, 53-pound bundle of love with a big heart and an even bigger desire to be part of a family. He's a sweet, affectionate boy who truly wants to please and is recently neutered. Peanut enjoys toys of all kinds, especially durable chew toys, and he likes playing with other dogs. He would likely do best with a calm, mellow canine companion, as highly energetic dogs can sometimes amp up his excitement.

Ideal Home

Peanut would do best in a home with a fenced yard where he can safely run and play. He would also do best with an experienced dog owner who understands large, adolescent dogs, and without young children, as he may accidentally knock them over when excited.

Peanut is healthy and has been recently neutered.

Training & Support

Peanut is crate trained and mostly potty trained. He walks well on a leash and knows basic commands like sit and come (and sometimes stay). He absolutely loves playing fetch and is very food-motivated, making him highly trainable and eager to learn.
