Maya is an absolutely precious girl, and while she's still learning to trust, she's ready to blossom with the right person! She came to us with a little bit of a rough past, but her sweet and gentle spirit shines through. She's a medium-sized dog with a heart of gold, just waiting for a patient and loving home to call her own.

Ideal Home

Maya would do best in a calm and quiet home where she can feel safe and secure. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal for her to explore and play in. She would likely do well in a home without young children or other high-energy pets, as she prefers a more serene environment.

Ongoing Health

Maya is up-to-date on all her vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. She has been dewormed and treated for fleas and ticks. Her medical team has done everything they can to ensure she is healthy and ready for her new life.

Training & Support

Maya is still a bit shy and may need some time to adjust to her new surroundings. Gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement will go a long way in helping her gain confidence. We recommend continued socialization and patience as she learns to trust.

Transportation
